About this Event As we welcome fall after an intense time, Bubbly Ever After would love for you and communities to join us in gathering to connect at a potluck Friendsgiving on Saturday, November 16 in SoMa. Let's break bread, enjoy a beautiful healing sound bath and be together in observance to, gratitude of and in setting intentions in celebration of life. POTLUCK Alone we can only do so much, together we can move mountains and it starts with being together in meaningful ways. Please bring a dish to share and join us for a Kincaid Fire Relief Fundraiser and Potluck Friendsgiving following a Halloween Diwali week that also saw our friends and neighbors coming together to support each other in the midst of two CA fires and state wide blackouts. We would love for each guest to bring a bottle of alocoholic or non-alcoholic libation to share and a dish. Calm your senses and immerse your spirit in a sound bath with Jessica Sharp and Pangfua Her from NEWERA. During this session, participants will be lullabied through the cosmos while held in a bubble of sound. Please bring a mat, small pillow, and blanket. Space is limited! KINCAID FIRE RELIEF KINCAID FIRE UPDATES: The Kincaid Fire is now fully contained but the firefighters are still tending to and keeping an eye on the fire. 77,758 acres were burned after igniting October 23, 2019 near John Kincaid Road. The fire destroyed 374 structures, including 174 homes. It damaged 60 other structures, more than hallf of them homesand four firefighters were injured. Built as a gift for California, a sculpture of transcendence made from the ruins of the 2018 fires. Meditation: We are so elated to share that Desiree Matloob will be guiding all of us in meditation at 4PM in the afternoon emphasizing the connection to our higher selves and living by our deepest values in harmony with others. Intentions: We hope you will enjoy meeting The Bubbly Ever After team as we prepare for the playa. Connect with friends old and new and share a delightful afternoon with us. There will be plenty of extra bubbly special surprises--including a silent auction to place your bids on for gorgeous creations crafted with care for radical self expression and gear for radical self reliance, a donation based cash bar, an intentional guided meditation and some delicious treats to indulge in. We will be sending all of you lovely ticket holders the address of the event on the eve of April 6th. Please note that this is a gorgeous private residence and we kindly ask that shoes be removed at the entrance of the house and to please be respectful of this beautiful home.
